Are hair bundles and textures refundable?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all hair extension sales are final.

This includes:

• Individual bundles

• Texture collections

• Custom orders

• Pre-orders

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any hair extensions.

Please ensure you review your selected texture, length, and quantity carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a product defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.
